My name is Rhea, and I’m glad you’re here! I was born in a small town in Texas but raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. I have always enjoyed seeing the transformation of property, but I wasn’t a part of the real estate and fix-and-flip world yet. When I married my husband Chris, I got to learn about construction through his work. I grew to appreciate real estate and the challenge of a fix-and-flip, so I jumped in with both feet! Now I’m a real estate agent with R6 Realty in Raleigh, NC, and I flip distressed properties with ReviveRidge. After spending over a decade in the world of home and real estate, my favorite part is getting to see what was once distressed and forgotten be brought back to life and made into a place for a family to call home.
